RelyBricks provides end-to-end property management for 12% of your property's annual rental value, subject to a minimum annual management fee of ₹21,000 + applicable GST.

Property works & project management
Repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works are financially separate from the annual management fee. RelyBricks coordinates those works at 15% of project value + applicable GST. Project value means The agreed third-party cost of the work being managed, excluding the RelyBricks project management fee and applicable taxes. Vendor labour, materials and third-party costs are separate.
