Prasanth is an entrepreneur, investor, and technology leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling digital businesses across international markets. Having lived and worked abroad as a property owner himself, he founded RelyBricks to solve a problem he faced firsthand: reliable, transparent property management in Chennai when you cannot be on the ground. He brings a founder's mindset to combining strong local operations with modern digital reporting — so overseas and out-of-station owners have one accountable partner, not a patchwork of relatives, brokers, and vendors.

Ravikiran is an investor and board member at RelyBricks, where he helps shape long-term strategy and governance. With 17+ years leading complex technology programmes for international financial institutions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, he brings a disciplined approach to building reliable, scalable operations. At RelyBricks, he focuses on strategic direction — helping the company grow with the rigour and accountability that overseas property owners expect.

Chandramouli is a founding member of RelyBricks and Operations Director, responsible for the team and ground-level delivery across Chennai. With a marine engineering background and a hands-on approach to property care, he leads inspections, maintenance coordination, and vendor work with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and getting things done properly on site. Known for building trust with owners, tenants, and local partners, he ensures every visit, repair, and follow-up meets the standards remote owners need to feel confident their property is in safe hands.

Mathangi is Managing Director at RelyBricks, where she leads people, operations, and the day-to-day standards that keep client relationships professional and dependable. With a background in psychology, business, and entrepreneurship — and ongoing work in clinical psychology — she brings a strong focus on communication, stakeholder care, and how teams and clients work together under pressure. She also contributes to organisational governance and workplace standards in other sectors, and applies that same rigour at RelyBricks: clear processes, respectful communication, and an operation owners and tenants can trust.
